Mobicred is useless

I opened a Mobicred account last year November. I have made purchases using them with no problems before and made sure my account was paid every month. For the past two weeks I have struggled to use my mobicred and emails go unanswered and calls go to the same person who keeps giving the same bull**** story. What I dont understand is why my account has been forwarded to the 'accounts' department but when I ask to speak to someone in accounts, I get told they are not in yet and have no landline... Who falls for that stupid excuse?
