Mobicred is useless

I purchased an item through mobicred in December. About a mint ago I settled the account. On Thursday I wanted to purchase an item from takealot and use mobicred again. Suddenly I could not log in (password expired????). After 2 phone calls and 3 emails last week the problem was not solved. Takelot is also very much indifferent about the problem. Now I lost out on an excellent deal since the order was canceled. This morning I phoned mobicred yet again. After being on hold for 13 minutes I was cut off!!!! I just want this sorted out and be able to purchase again, how difficult can it be??????
