MOBICRED IS *************!!!

So this morning I go onto Takealot to purchase a few things and I know I should have enough credit as I havent used the account for atleast 7 months. As I might've thought i should have enough as they have been debiting me plus minus 300 rand a month. To my amazement I notice that in a statement from April I have the correct limit and I have over 800 rand. Then all of a sudden in may my limit drops and I only have 200 rand but they have been debiting me 200 plus!!! So I contact them this morning and a gentleman named Bradley says all he can do is tell admin to look at it???!!! In my eyes this is left. To my calculation my last purchase was made in October. I should have over 1500 available in credit!!! What are you guys doing??? You change values as you please without notifying customers?? That is *****!!!! You TAKE AWAY CREDIT THAT IS DUE on your your own accord!!?? This is pathetic and borderline theft!! I will be taking this further if this does not get rectified ASAP!!!! I have been with mobicred for years and now and you guys help yourselves to my account and credit??? I now question all finances that have been taken and I will be lodging investigation against you checkin the validity of all the time I have been with you. Pathetic!!
