MOBICRED IS ROBBING ME

Mobicred is trying to rip me off. I used mobicred to buy a TV but then realized repayment would be less using game store so I returned the goods and take a lot refunded it to mobicred immediately. The mobi cred shows immediately when your balance changes and my balance owing and amount to buy for changed immediately . but installment stayed the same. I called customer who promised finance would call me . no one did. So I called again just to be told that the installment can't be readjusted Coz the refund was done after the statement was processed. What BS. U an online store and transactions should be processed in realtime like the app shows it does. So I have a balance of r2333 and yet expected to pay back R999 that 50% of the balance owing and not 10% as agreed per contract signed. Its like i paid cash for the item i mght as well have. Someone in authority should call me today. Not Brandon in customet care that can only tell me he will get someone to call and no one calls. I will stop this payment or reverse it. Coz my repayment is expected to go off on the 1st and it should not be more than 300 . CALL ME IMMEDIATELY . Roekshana Schroeder
