If I could rate a I would, these people double debited my account and when its time to do a refund they tell me about processes, it's been two weeks and my email has not been responded to, they have messed up my budget and all the consultant could say was "Sorry for the inconvenience". i wonder if they would be okay if missed a payment and told them "Sorry for the inconvenience"...PATHETIC, PATHETIC, PATHETIC. Can't wait to finish paying this nonsense and close it off. Disgusting
