Mobicred is disorganized
I am very disappointed in their customer service, I've been requesting my settlement letter, but its difficult for them to send it. I mean how difficult can it be to just send it? They don't have good customer service its been more than 24 hours since ive requested the letter ...even their whatsapp service is **** they take hours to get back to you.
