MOBICRED IS AN OPPONENT OF YOUR CREDIT SCORE

I settled Mobicred in July 2020. Till date they have listed me as a defaulter and my Credit Score has been dented. It seems they dont want to update the bureau hence they ignore all attempts made to solve this matter. Feels like a deliberate inaction, to punish you for not being able to pay them. They are trying to get more money by sending me statements with outstanding amounts. They dont respond to emails. Their call centre gives contradicting information and then offer a call back when they no longer have answers. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. Do not fall for this trap, they make it easy for you to apply and once you're in you're not a priority.
