SMAM!! SMAM!! I finished paying off my account after way too many mistakes from their side ranging from rude service, confused customer service agents to DOUBLE DEBITS. Then i pay off my account and when i request that they close my account, they ignore all my emails and finally a rude lady calls to say she cannot close it because I owe R47 but she cannot explain where that balance comes from as i paid it off
