Mobicred is a ****!!! Do not use them

Second review of this sham of a company

When I first reviewed them they were rated under 3 stars and I’ve seen that a lot of new users have since rated the company.

All of the users have been active since October 2022 and they all left 5 star ratings, which is the opposite of most customer experiences prior to October.

I digress, my initial query still hasn’t been attended to, Mobicred responded to it on the 7th October on hello Peter but the response has since been deleted (I have an email from Hello Peter saying they responded). I also got a call from a call centre agent saying that ITC will reverse the charges and I will receive an email confirming that my account has been settled but as usual it was all pie in the sky with this joke of a company. No such email has been received. Joanne hasn’t responded to any of my emails or calls. What a joke.
