Mobicred is a big big mistake and useless

This people should be reported!!!!!! First they didn't allocate my refunds, then I had to spend so so much time on my phone by sending emails and calling them, to do this. Then end of August the debit order went off but my owing amount stayed the same. So that was more hours on my phone and sending emails over and over. Days later I got a very rude call from one of the mobicred people, saying on the 16th of September the payment will be allocated and then my owing amount will change. The only thing that changed was my debit order amount, from 800 and something to just over 1000!!!! And guess what my owing amount is still the same. So that means more hours of spending time to sort this out!!!!
