Mobicred – Impossible to Reach or Update Anything

I’ve emailed Mobicred numerous times over the past 2–3 years asking them to update my contact number — since I no longer have access to my old one. Not once have I received a response.

Even SARS communicates better than Mobicred, which says a lot.

I’ve also tried calling them several times last week, but every call is met with nothing but static and scratchy noise. No humans. No help. No service.

Right now, I literally have no way of contacting Mobicred to update my personal details — which means I can’t even do business with them.

Let’s see how long it takes for them to respond here, since emails and calls clearly don’t work.
