Mobicred has THE poorest customer support/service

Mobicred has the poorest customer service. They failed to sort out the issue I had with my application and when I mentioned some issues with their website i was told nothing was wrong and that basically i was salty because my application had been declined (it had been getting declined every time i tried to put in an application for approx 2 years). The agent I spoke to was Xolile and she was very unhelpful and dismissive. They should consider getting a proper working website built and maintained (that works on phones AND across all browsers) and maybe not have the same agent who does account enquiries do the customer service as well. Do better guys. 0/10 would NOT recommend.
