Mobicred failure
After advising that they had some gremlins, it is now 3 weeks and we still do not have access to our accounts. I urgently need to buy a laptop for my granddaughter for her new online school and I have no access.
I have contacted them numerous times and they keep saying they will escalate my query. This is absolutely ridiculous. They do not answer whatsapp nor reply to emails. I have never known the likes of this. The feedback is atrocious, then they advertise a sale on FB, but no one can get into their accounts. Pathetic.
