Mobicred DOES NOT HAVE solutions skills.

I found mobicred very useless.

They not even trying to help or fix my query. Why does one need to have a card with mobicred if mobicred do not have control of the account or the purchase made on it.

Mobicred have list of stores they work with (in my mind they having a working relationship to help us customers) If it happens I bought something from one of the listed stores and something goes wrong with the purchase mobicred should be able to or should follow up with them the store to see whats happening and how to go about fixing my issue. Instead am being told to follow up with the store.

Payment went through on they side I need to call the shop they will help me. 🙄Even when i tell them I know the payment went through but the store says they haven't received a payment from me or mobicred.

Why not Reversal???😠 And reset this whole purchase
