Mobicred Customer Service is USELESS
Zero response to asking to ask for a Supervisor. After countless emails, WhatsApp messages and promises of being able to talk to someone who is in charge, almost a month later absolutely ZERO response from #Mobicred Extremely disappointed with the service.

20 May 2023, 15:05No, my expectations were not met. I had been promised that I could chat with a supervisor. I have yet to have spoken to a supervisor. The last response I received from you was that you would get a supervisor to call me. That has not happened.
