Mobicred company is ***

I made a payment to close Mobicred account after buying couches from a company that uses Mobicred finance. I have been struggling to close the account and get the paid up letter from 27/07/2020. When u call they tell u that they can’t provide a settlement amount and eventually I got it and made the last payment of R342,68 and till today I have called and sent endless messages to their WhatsApp line and nothing. They are the worst. I thought a credit card was a mission but atleast l can get a settlement letter and within a two days proof that it has been settled. I really hate their service and the agents are just too ***********. They literally can’t help with any information and when u call u hold for over an hour and still they can’t help. Can I just get the damn proof that the stupid account is closed. I should have read between the lines when they even struggled to approve the stupid credit in March 2020.
