Mobicred clearly doesn't understand how to do their job.

So. Still not resolved.

Per my comment I left on my review of Mobicred, here https://www.hellopeter.com/mobicred/reviews/mobicred-stooping-too-low-***, I was told shortly after I wrote that review, that there is no issue with my account, and in error, my name got sent to ITC. I also got told by the person that they will rectify the situation, and I left it.

Lo and behold, the 23rd of July and I get a summons! For what? Costs I am being told I must incur because my name is on their list? For fudge cakes!

Sort this out!
