Mobicred can do better with better call centre agents.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! There's call centre agent BRANDON rude, mean, has no idea how to assist, literally tells you "I dont know" when I inquire about my account. I am not getting an OTP and Mobicred call agent tells me there's nothing they can do to help me about that. You guys can do better, train your agents on soft skills they are terrible, so unprofessional, mean and ready to fight. After calling call centre agent for three days straight I still can't get a simple OTP!
