Mobicred beyond pathetic!!!

Don't even try to speak to anyone accept the call centre. The staff there will not put you through to anyone. I have been battling since April to get answers. They were reviewing my account. This month my debit order was not requested, I phoned the customer care line and was told that my account is one of the accounts that will be written off????? Why will anyone write an account off that is up to date???? They will get the Supervisor to call me to give me the details, why couldn't he just put me through????? Am I going to be blacklisted for an account that is going to be written off for no reason?????
