Mobicred BAD Service

There should be ZERO stars for mobicred because of Zero service from them. I have settled my account in full in July 2020, and asked for ITC to be cleared. Subsequently had to phone in probably 40 times without any joy. Account is still open in their books after it was settled almost a year ago and ITC still not updated in 8 months. Do not deal with these people they have no customer service at all, and it is the most frustrating experience you will ever have.

And of course it is no surprise that it is another 2 weeks later and still no communication or nothing sorted out yet. Mobicred is just absolutely pathetic when it comes to any form of service.
