Mobicred are vultures

Around February I used mobicred to by a smart phone from Silulostore on line shop from cape Town.

The phone was not arriving ,I cancelled the order and rquested the refund which Silulostore said they paid the refund to mobicred ,on the other hand mobicred said they did not receive the refund. Communication with the is so poor ,they can't even make a follow up to understand y the refund is not reflecting on their side. All they enjoy debiting on my account charging me areas which I don't know what I am paying for
