MOBICRED ARE *******

Mobicred are a bunch of *******. My mother tried making a purchase of R3149 in JUNE 2022 on Superbalist using Mobicred. The payment failed. Superbalist confirmed that the payment didn't go through. Mobicred though, said the payment went through on their side. Since then we have been trying to get Mobicred to remove the payment to no assistance at all. They lie and say they will escalate and call back but they never do. Every month they are charging my pensioner mother for a purchase she never made. They are exploiting an old woman. It cannot take 3 months for a finance department to see that a payment didn't go through. Mobicred are *******. DO NOT TRUST.
