Mobicred are ******

It's almost a year since a reported ***** activity on my mobicred account. They told theve blocked my account pending investigation but I must continue paying even though I'm not getting statements. So for 10 months I've been paying no statements, no communication from mobicred. I've called, emailed the they must ignoring me whilst getting money from me every month. Im even thinking of taking legal action against them cause I can see they try to de***** me. Imagine a year later I'm the one who is forever calling them , emailing whist they ignore me, is it because I'm black that yiu dont take my case serious?
