Mobicred: Application Declined

I wanted to apply for an account with Mobicred so that I can take out a device from takealot. This was the only option to be able to pay with monthly installments. Filled out all of my information on the Mobicred website accordingly, however once submitted, I was immediately declined without a reason. I sent an email to them to ask why and I get a very standardize response stating :" Unfortunately you failed to meet our credit criteria, due to scorecard rules as set out by the NCR, and we were therefore unable to approve you for a mobicred facility." This does not explain anything and my credit score is great and I definitely can afford to pay monthly installments. Honestly this is pathetic service, as they did not even bother to have a look at my information or even ask for relevant documentation such as a bank statement or payslip.
