Mobicred Account Closure

I opened an account with Mobicred 2 months back and got approved for the credit limit they gave me. I have them to purchase a few items, now when I try and order anything I get an authentication error. After calling them, they tell me that my account is closed due to affordability from a supposed recalculation which they did I. The 2 months I have been using them. I have not missed any installments for this account which doesn’t make sense. I can understand if I missed some installments but I haven’t. How do you approve someone, give them access to use your facilities and then take it away and WITHOUT any communication. The only communication I received is that I received an email about a technical error.
