Mobicred account blocked - no service, bad service

My account has been blocked. On the 28 July 2023, I called and an agent promised someone will call me to resolve the problem. On the 31 July 2023 I logged a request via email. On the 5 August 2023 I logged a request again via whatsapp. No one called, I am still waiting for a call even today. I missed out a super deal with a huge discount. Not sure if I would recommend this product to any of my close circle.
