Mobicred Account

Hi I have an account with Mobicred through a third party that I've registered with and I was contacted by Rafia to state that my account is in arrears whereas I have paid. I'm just querying if this Rafia is even working for Mobicred because when I call the number she called me on I get some doctors office and I fear that I might be paying Mobicred account onto someone else's account.

Please help
