MOBICRED 4 WEEKS STILL NO REFUND

Hi I would like to share my livid experience that I encountered with Mobicred It's now 4 weeks and I'm still waiting for my refund, they push you from pillow to post saying the refund will be done by Monday, when you call them again they say it will be done by Friday and guess what no refund, this has been going on for 4 weeks. Their service is appalling and pathetic, their finance department has no clue what's going on. STILL NO REFUND!
