Mobicred

My son bought certain goods via Mobicred. After he enquired regarding the monthly instalments which decreased and the payback period lengthened, he did not get any response from Mobicred. I tried to assist him, and after numerous emails, begging them for detail and the settlement amount, they made no effort whatsoever to respond. Even after I calculated and paid the outstanding debt myself, again asking them to respond, they handed the account over to ITC, and later to a lawyers firm. I involved the NCR, as well as the ombudsman. After about a year, the matter resolved at last. Mobicred was not capable to remove my son's name from been listed by Transunion. I have done so myself. Never in my entire life have I experienced such ***********, never minded and deplorable service from a company. I deem Mobicred as an absolute embarrassment to the financial and credit providing environment.
