Messing with my credit record!

Account settled 2 and they have not updated my credit profile. No answer on the whatsapp chat, yet they online. Also, no response to online messages left. Had this issue before aswell. Definitely lodging a complaint with NCR and Experian.

This is causing issues with my affordability for a new home.

PATHETIC COMPANY to say the least.
