Absolutely bad customer service. I cancelled my account with them in April, but somehow my sister was still able to sneak and order a few items using my account in May (Definitely don't blame them for her actions) however if the account had been cancelled as I had requested she could not have been able to purchase using my name. I paid all outstanding balances a few weeks back, again asked for a complete removal of my account on their system. I'm yet to get any response from them, I can still log in to my account 😔 they are still sending me texts offering promotions. I'm now worried that someone will gain access to my account, I will end up with a bill I can not pay since I had initially wanted to terminate the contract with them because I lost my job. I'm still out of a job and now have to worry about unknowingly being in debt because of the incompetence of Mobicred and their entire staff!!!
