LOST FOR WORDS

I am flabbergasted at how difficult it is to make a purchases with Mobicred account. I have had an account with them for more then 4 years and never once missed a single payment. I tried to do a purchase for an item on Sunday, Waited for OTP but it never came, Tried again on Monday Morning and Evening and still no OTP. The Item I wanted was on Special but special ended and is now back at full price. I decided not to get it and was able to source it elsewhere that also offers Mobicred services. I tried them again Last night and this morning. I get an error message both time. I called them and i was told that because my password has a special character then it wouldn't process the sale. Cool , I changed the password and attempted the sale and was told that the OTP will only come after 15 min via Email, meanwhile the OTP window for the purchases is only 5 min. The OTP Arrives after 20 min and didn't work as expected. I called in again and was told that there is now a block on the account and would need to be reset. Its been 4 hours and still I wait.

Did not want to write a review but just at the point of which I just cant see a way forward. I strongly believe that it shouldn't take 3 days to make a purchases. No one response to emails sent, Someone will start working on the Whatsapp a day after you sent in a request only for them to end the chat without resolve.

It just feels like its been made difficult to use them on purpose without reason.
