Locked out of my account for no reason.

I wanted to make a purchase and when i tried to log into my account it say 'User Status Locked'. I tried calling and none of my calls are answered and they dont answer whatsapp messages. When I try to create a new password I get a jumbled message. This is just not on! and it seems I'm not the only one having this issue - you cant lock your customers out of their accounts
