Locked Account - Whatsapp Dont work either been in open chat for three days!!!

It has been days and days now, it is impossible to get a hold of them. I tried Whatsapp, email and calling... still nothing. Pathetic. If I'd know this, I would never even had bothered with them. Lost out on so many promotions since the 8th.
