Listed as behind for no reason

I would like to know why my credit report shows as if i am behind with my payments.....i would like you to tell me when did i miss payment? you debit me every month for the installment but all of a sudden i have a negative listing under my name....pls rectify this ,it is so unfair because its affecting my credit report negatively.
