Limits can't increase & overall usability is poor

Signed up for Mobicred as a student a couple years ago, now as a working professional I can't get my limits increased. I've emailed everyone I can and also queried the fact that in the contract I signed mentioned that this was possible and all I got was the same system generated reply from every platform. The service is poor and the replies do not explain or provide clarity. If you want frustration, call someone from here or worse, email them.
