Lies

Empty promises! So I've paid my arrears amount several days ago which I was promised it will reflect within 48 hours... well it's almost 100 hours and still nothing... up until today I was extremely satisfied with your service, now I had enough fix your ****ty processes or train your staff on how on not to lie. I sent an email request and still waiting on feedback... remember I'm your customer not u mine get it right!
