Thanks to Mr Brandon Fourie that was willing to take ownership of my problem and sort it out, whilst I was holding on the phone. You are an asset to your company Brandon well done, and thanks you for resolving my query fast and efficiently.

As to the other two representatives that I called the previous two days, and also the WhatsApp Chat representative, you guys should really learn from Brandon, he actually does his job very well and doesn't just try and get rid of customers and passing on the problem to other departments or persons.
