Had issues with my application with Mobicred and was ready to cancel the whole process and deal with them again but have to say their staff member Jovani really handled the situation very well. He took over the process and kept me updated on every step and made sure that what was delaying was resolved with the promised time which was 10 minutes and indeed he did deliver in those 10 minutes. I hope that Jovani is valued and appreciated by Mobicred cause I'm pretty sure if it wasn't for him I never would've dealt with Mobicred again in my life and I'm probably not the only who he managed to resolve the issues for. Thank you Jovani for excellent service, I'm a Mobicred customer today and hope for a very long time cause of your service and professionalism
