Jennifer From Mobicred, Outstanding Service.

This compliment is for Jennifer who works as a customer service agent for Mobicred. I was trying to set up my account last week just before Black Friday. I think I started late and tried to finish it off on Friday morning. I was having issues and contacted the service desk. I spoke to Jennifer who said she would call me back once my password was reset and my facial recognition invite has been rest and sent again. As the day went on, I received multiple emails from Mobicred and eventually I received a call from Jennifer. She was not only helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, but she was extremely patient as well. She stayed on the phone with me for about 45 minutes until my issues were resolved. I'm so impressed with her and she really deserves a promotion or bonus at least. I deal a lot with service desk agents, and she by far made my experience very memorable. Well Done Jennifer.
