It’s a ****! Stay away

These people enjoy debiting your account monthly! But try to settle your account, that’s when the nightmare starts. I’ve have been calling and sending emails with no response. Emails are not answered!! The call centre tells me story after story. You can tell they enjoy charging the monthly increase and do everything in their power to prevent you from settling!!
