Issue remain unresolved. It's pathetic i have been going back and forth for year now.

I have not yet been contacted about the progress of canceling my account. My account still shows I am in arrears while I have never used your money. And you keep debiting my account. It's been a year now. Surely it cannot take this long to resolve such a simple issue. I am very frustrated by this company.
