is mobicred's replies a joke?

so in 2017 i app**** for an account at mobicred i never used this year i thought i would try mobicred so i tried applying it told me i already had an account so i followed the steps recovered the account but i got an error so i contacted customer support and their reply was "unfortunately your account is closed and we won't reopen it, also you cannot apply again" what type of policy is this? is it a joke cause it does seem so. you closed my account i did not and now when i wanted to use it you reply with oh you can't
