Is anyone working there?

Ghost company. Person who answers the phone told me all my documents are up to date. Ive sent 3 months payslips already. They took their time and ended up having to ask for another months payslip(newest month) its been a month now since my original application 18-10-18. Sent an email requesting status on my application. No response.
