Information not updated with credit bureaus

This is the second time am writting this review,i am so frustrated as i dnt know what to do in order to get your attention.....pls Mobicred ,kindly update my information with credit bureaus...its showing as if my account is in arrears....I am a good customer,i pay for my account every month yet am being punished for nothing...this has affected my credit score negatively.
