I don't know where to begin... Firstly several years back they had a error on their system as the lady explained to me at that time and a debit didn't go off so I said to them its fine just double debit on the next month, thought everything was sorted now several years later I settle my account fully and thought I'm done only to find out doing a home loan that they never fixed their mistake and the banks don't want to give me a loan as they say I'm in arears with this useless company and you cant phone them (no one answering) or get a statement (website keeps on saying try again later) as their website is just as useless as they're now I'm sitting here lost home loan on a good house just because of their incompetence … Steer clear of this company if you don't want any problems in the future....
