The most *********** company with *********** staff. My account was closed last year fully paid up and closed. Even r3ceived a letter to state the account is closed and paid up. But I am still getting charges and late payment charges lord knows what for. I complained for the every month but vet the same response. We will speak to accounts department. Nothing happens. I am still paying it though as I don't want to mess up my credit score but this is really getting tired. What ever you do don't sign up for this service. Stay away
