I'm never using them again

I'm so disappointed in them . They failed to update my account, which remains on a constant amount used after payment, but quick to reflect when you use the credit to purchase. Furthermore the same amount i used to purchase was refunded to them , and they claim it was not reflecting, even with proof of refund from the merchant. It has been 2 months now .
