I would like to write a review about Mobicred - The credit application and process to get the finance is smooth and without hiccups. However the customer details and balance viewing login page prompts should be updated as it is frustrating to use and delays the purchasing process. Normally agents would have given up after a certain time Ameerah remained calm and professional and while she was not able to entirely solve the login mystery stayed the course to ensure that as a customer I managed to come right by follow up calls and in doing this secured the sale ,kept the customer happy and enquired about how I managed to figure it all out for future reference. Kudus to Ameerah for a frustrating process but still good customer service on her part.
