I would like to write a review about Mobicred - Agent/Consultant Nwabisa - Excellent Service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had just given up on Mobicred and was livid with the extreme waiting times regarding the whatsapp chat customer care. Nwabisa attended to my query and understanding the nature of whatsapp chat customer service she was quick, attentive, procedural and even ensured that before going offline I was able to successfully complete the transaction I was struggling with or had been struggling to complete. She definitley reinstilled the confidence I just lost and was holding my breath with the view that I am over Mobicred and will be moving onto another service provider in terms of shopping online etc...
